Post-graduate degree course in psychology in NCR
After graduation many people now go for higher studies. Mostly people choose to continue in the same stream as in their bachelors but many realise that they really need to study something else with which they can relate more than what they studied in bachelors.
Still the number of people choose to purse masters are less than number of people who want to do bachelors. As it is clearly visible that number of seats for bachelors course in universities is greater than number of seats for masters.
Today many people choose to pursue masters in Psychology irrespective of what they have studied in bachelors.
Again the number of universities in Delhi are less and probability of admission to these universities also decreases, because -
- The number of seats are less and applicants are more
- Admission in based on entrance test mainly in government universities.
Thus students look for private universities to study masters in psychology.
In this post we will look at colleges providing masters in psychology in NCR.
Masters are of two (2) years in India and few private universities also conduct entrance exams that usually contain questions on general knowledge, current affairs, reasoning and questions from subject matter that is Psychology in case of M.A. Psychology. Also universities may conduct interview alongside entrance exam. Interview can be conducted even when entrance exam is not conducted.
Many of the universities also provide scholarship based on the marks of bachelors. Based on different marks in bachelors different amount of scholarship is provided.
